I had off yesterday for Weather. It was so serious that the library website had it capitalized. I spent a very lazy day playing lots of WoW and watching TV. I have to admit, when I was watching the opening credits for Lost last night and saw that Drew Goddard had a hand in writing it, I kinda cheered... He wrote a couple of excellent Buffy episodes, and has written a couple of excellent Lost episodes before this. And WOW, did I love last night's Desmond-centric hour (and not just because more Henry Ian Cusick is ALWAYS a good thing).
I cast on for a chemo cap for Jolene's collection for Hopkins pediatric oncology department (which I've been meaning to do for a while). I'm hoping to finish it over the weekend to give to her on Monday. I'm using some lavender Cotton Plus, and doing some traveling twists on it so it's not just a plain stockinette hat. I hope it will look spiffy. :)
And after that, I can get back to my SKB, and finish it, and hopefully wear it before summer arrives. ;D

I have my issues with Lost, but I did enjoy last night's ep--and I'm a die-hard Buffy fan. Perhaps there's a connection; I'll have to cross-check the writing to find out which Lost eps were his, as well as which Buffy were his!
Lost was so good! I can't wait to see what happens next week!
Lost was amazing, wasn't it? I loved all the Desmond stuff, esp when he was interacting with Charlie before the island.
That show started out the season pretty rough, but is finally coming around!
